The family room was well-equipped with a small kitchen, which made meal preparation convenient, especially with the supermarket right across the street. The location’s proximity to multiple subway stations and good restaurants added to the experience. However, the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool during the warm nights, and the bathroom could have been better maintained. Despite some minor issues, the value for money during the stay was solid, especially in this expensive city.

kitchen facilities, proximity to supermarket, spacious room
For a hotel in this area, you'd think they'd invest in soundproofing!!! The bathroom smelled terrible, and emptying trash yourself is a hassle that should be avoided!!! A few updates wouldn't hurt at all!!!

Hotel Mystays Iidabashi is a great value for families! The room had a convenient kitchenette with a microwave and a refrigerator, making it easy for us to prepare snacks and quick meals. Additionally, there's a fantastic supermarket directly across the street, which was super helpful for stocking up on essentials. The spaciousness of our room was a pleasant surprise, and the helpful staff made our stay even better.
The bathroom could have been cleaner.

We loved having a kitchen in our room that made it easy to whip up quick meals. The handy supermarket just steps away was a lifesaver for snacks. There’s a small laundry area for freshening up clothes and a nice lounge where we relaxed after a long day. The room was a bit older and could've been cleaner, but for the price, we totally enjoyed our stay. 😊

convenient stay but lacking attention to detail
The proximity to the supermarket just outside the hotel was a huge plus for my family, making it easy to grab snacks and essentials. Our room had a practical kitchen setup, with a microwave, washing sink, and induction plate, which allowed us to prepare quick meals. We appreciated the thoughtful addition of dishwashing soap and a sponge, as it made our stay feel more homey. Also, the five-minute walk to the nearest train station saved us a lot of travel hassle.
The housekeeping service was optional at an additional cost, which felt a bit inconvenient.

We loved having a well-equipped kitchenette for meal prep, and the grocery store across the street made shopping a breeze. Staff were incredibly accommodating, holding our bags until check-in and delivering them seamlessly to our room.
The air conditioning struggled a bit on warmer nights, and some areas could benefit from a deeper clean.

We enjoyed a great stay! The kitchenette was well-equipped for prepping meals, and the laundry facilities were a lifesaver. One morning, we borrowed a DVD player which kept the kids entertained while we relaxed. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the station.
My children wished for more space in the room.
